Job Description Executive Recruiter - The Blue Collar Recruiter of Charlotte Location: Charlotte, NC (Must be local Resident) Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Performance & Community Bonuses Earning Potential: $100,000+ for top performers Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role Blue Collar Charlotte is growing, and we're looking for a relationship-driven Executive Recruiter to become the local face of our brand in the Charlotte market. This is not a just sit-behind-a-desk recruiting job. You'll recruit skilled trades professionals while actively building relationships across the Charlotte business and trades community.

You'll represent Blue Collar Charlotte at events, meetings, and in day-to-day interactions with business owners, partners, and candidates. You'll operate locally, but be supported by a national recruiting team and proven systems across the country.
