Job Type: Part-time

Location: Denver, CO

Work Arrangement and Schedule: Onsite; Tuesday to Thursday 9AM to 4PM

About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support leadership and daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who communicates well, stays organized, and can manage multiple priorities with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, meetings, and travel coordination.
  • Support board and committee meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-up.
  • Process mail, packages, checks, documents, and shipments.
  • Maintain office supplies, files, and administrative records.
  • Coordinate with vendors, conference organizers, and external contacts.
  • Assist with expense reports and special administrative projects.
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.

What You Bring:

  • Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and calendaring systems.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2-5 years of administrative, executive assistant, or related experience preferred.
