Are you passionate about mobilizing prayer on a global scale? Youth for Christ International is seeking a Director of International Prayer to provide vision, leadership, and strategic direction for worldwide prayer initiatives that support youth evangelism, discipleship, and leadership development.
In this influential role, you'll unite prayer leaders across cultures and continents, develop global prayer strategies, create impactful prayer resources, and inspire a worldwide community committed to seeking God for the next generation. You'll collaborate with international leaders, mentor prayer coordinators, oversee key prayer ministries, and help strengthen the spiritual foundation of Youth for Christ International's global mission.
What we're looking for:
  • A mature Christian leader with a heart for prayer and discipleship
  • Experience in ministry, missions, church leadership, or spiritual formation
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives, networks, or teams
  • Strong cross-cultural collaboration and communication skills
