Job description

Position Overview:

We are seeking personable, punctual, and safety-focused Shuttle Drivers to transport passengers between cabins, hotels, attractions, trailheads, and regional hubs. This role combines transportation and hospitality, providing guests with a welcoming, informative, and memorable travel experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate 5- to 15-passenger vehicles, vans, or shuttle buses
  • Drive scheduled routes and on-demand requests between and in Charleston and Fayetteville, including key tourism destinations
  • Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and general questions
  • Provide local insights and courteous service to enhance the guest experience
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintain cleanliness
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and respond to trip adjustments as needed
Qualifications:
  • Valid West Virginia driver's license with clean driving record
  • CDL with passenger endorsement preferred but not required
  • Customer service or tourism experience is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Familiarity with the New River Gorge and Fayetteville area a bonus
  • Must pass a background check
