Ohio.


This role is perfect for someone who enjoys research, critical thinking, and uncovering

What You’ll Do:

▪ Research public land records and property ownership information

▪ Review deeds, leases, easements, probate records, and other legal documents

▪ Compile and organize title information into clear, accurate reports

▪ Verify ownership history and identify potential title issues

▪ Work with title professionals, landmen, and project managers

▪ Maintain accuracy while managing multiple projects and deadlines

▪ Contribute to projects supporting energy, infrastructure, renewable energy, and land

development initiatives
