Job description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review, monitor, and process weekly timesheets for domestic staff.
  • Chase missing timesheets on a weekly basis.
  • Make necessary corrections to employee timesheets.
  • Identify trends and address timesheet non-compliance issues.
  • Track and report weekly metrics related to missing timesheets.
  • Provide timesheet training and support to employees as needed
  • Enter and maintain subconsultant timesheet data.
  • Update project plans to reflect all types of employee leave.
  • Update supervisors and titles in employee records in Deltek.
  • Support project setup activities as required.
  • Assist with audits by preparing reports and responding to auditor inquiries.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.
  • Maintain regular and reliable attendance during standard business hours.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience processing a high volume of transactions.
  • Recent experience using integrated accounting systems such as MAS200, Deltek, or Great Plains (not just Quick Books).
  • Experience within the Construction Industry preferred.
  • Experience with posting transaction to the general ledger and general accountingadministrativeduties.
  • Intermediate to Advanced skill level with Excel.
  • Team player with solid interpersonal skills.
  • Accurate and organized; strong problem solving skills.

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3 years of equivalent experience in professional services environment.

The salary range for this full-time role is $26.44-$33.49 per hour. Ranges are determined based on the position, geography, client and industry experience and level, and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range reflects base salary only, and not the total compensation package. Cumming Group reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on a candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, including client requirements.
