Atlanta United is Major League Soccer's 22nd franchise and began play in 2017. The club's avid fan base has set MLS records in fan participation, including leading the MLS in number of season tickets sold for an expansion franchise and setting a new record for number of attendees at an MLS match. Atlanta United is owned by Arthur Blank, co-founder of the Home Depot, and led by club President Darren Eales. Atlanta United is a member of AMB Sports & Entertainment, which also includes the Atlanta Falcons and Mercedes-Benz Stadium.

About Atlanta United FC Academy

Officially launched in 2016 prior to its first season in MLS, the Atlanta UnitedAcademy program aims to be the leadingplatformof youth soccer development in the Southeast andcurrently competes in the U.S. Soccer Development Academy program. The ATL UTDAcademy consists of teams in age groups U-12, U-13, U-14, U-15, U-16, U-17 and U-19. Shared with the first team, the Academytrains and competes out of the Training Ground.

Position Summary

This position provides support and assistance in the areas of ticket resolution, order fulfillment and ticket distribution for Atlanta United and Atlanta United 2.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the processing and establishment of season ticket, group and single match ticket accounts.
  • Provide game-day support in the area of ticket resolution, customer service, and other ticketing needs.
  • Provide daily support to internal sales and customer service teams.
  • Coordinate in-house and on-line ticket order fulfillment.
  • Aid in other duties, functions, and tasks as assigned by full-time associates of the department.
  • Assist with Atlanta United 2 matches.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Ability to deliver excellent service to fans.
  • Strong written and oral communication, prioritization, and organization skills.
  • Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
  • Ticketmaster Archtics experience a plus but not required.
  • Ability to multi-task, problem solve effectively and handle stressful and difficult situations.
  • Must be able to work Monday through Friday and match days (during week or on weekends).

  • Excellent problem solving/critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to operate a variety of computer applications including but not limited to Microsoft's suite of products such as Word, Excel and Outlook, Ticketmaster and customized in-house ticketing system and database.
