Sales & Service Assistant - Part-Time

Trail Drive Management Corporation Properties:

Trail Drive Management Corp. (TDMC) is a not-for-profit venue management company in Fort Worth, Texas. TDMC manages all aspects of venue management, including but not limited to event booking, event management, marketing, IT, technical services, food & beverage, parking, security, housekeeping, changeover, maintenance, and more. TDMC manages several venues in Fort Worth, TX.

Job Summary:

Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC) is looking for a part-time Sales & Service Assistant. This position is responsible for providing administrative, sales, and event support to the Premium Seating, Sponsorship, and Group Sales team during the organization's busiest sales and event season, with a primary focus on the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo. This role will assist with ticket operations, client communications, and premium event experiences while helping ensure exceptional service.

This position will be 100% on-site.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide on-site event support from Late September 2026 through Early February 2027
  • Assist with premium, sponsorship, and group sales operations during the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo (night work required)
  • Manage ticket and credential inventory, including printing, mailing, and delivering
  • Utilize Archtics to process ticket orders and support ticket management
  • Maintain and update Formstack, DocuSign, Spinzo, and other internal systems
  • Coordinate and distribute promotional materials and collateral
  • Assist in planning and executing premium events and group sales experiences
  • Maintain and update sales tracking reports and group sales prospecting lists
  • Provide administrative and project support to the Premium Seating, Corporate Sponsorship, and Group Sales team as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while representing Trail Drive Management in a professional manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Bachelors Degree in a relevant field of study, preferably in marketing or business
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, event operations, sales support, or administrative coordination preferred
  • Excellent customer relationship and service skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling ticket inventory, credentials, and reporting
  • Experience with Formstack, DocuSign, or workflow platforms preferred
  • Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls
  • Understanding of Ticketmasters Archtics system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Able to communicate effectively with management, guests, and team members.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Working Conditions:

  • Employees will work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures.
  • Employees must have the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Employees may spend much of their shift sitting at a desk utilizing office materials, computers, phones, copy machines, etc.
  • Employees may regularly spend their shift standing/walking, traveling stairs, with limited to no sitting.
  • Employees will be exposed to high noise levels and/or fluctuating lights in event settings.
  • Employees must have the ability to reach, lift, and bend to perform job duties throughout the shift.
  • Employees may be exposed to hazards associated with moving vehicles and require strict adherence to safety protocols.
