What You'll Do

  • Lead and develop a team of Operations Advisors 
  • Build strong relationships with customers and franchise owners 
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and account retention 
  • Resolve customer concerns and service issues 
  • Conduct customer visits and oversee service quality 
  • Coach, train, and mentor your team 
  • Monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement 
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, and Regional Leadership 

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of operations, account management, or service management experience 
  • Previous leadership or team management experience 
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills 
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities 
  • Valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally 
  • Commercial cleaning, facilities management, or franchise experience is a plus
