Are you a friendly, outgoing professional who loves helping people? Southwoods Health is looking for a vibrant Receptionist to join our Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Services team in Boardman. As the first face our patients see, you will set the tone for their recovery journey by providing a warm, welcoming, and seamless experience.
Schedule & Benefits
  • Hours: 40 hours per week (Full-Time), Monday - Friday.
  • Shift Details: Standard shifts fall within our hours of operation, with one late night required (Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday) until 7:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Coordination: Greet patients with a smile and manage the reception area with high energy and exceptional service.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate patient appointments efficiently within the physical therapy department.
  • Communication: Handle phone inquiries with a friendly demeanor, providing information and directing calls to the appropriate staff.
  • Insurance Verification: Perform eligibility checks and authorizations to ensure accurate billing and coverage.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records and perform clerical duties to support the clinical team.
Qualifications
