Physical Therapy Office Administrator

The Physical Therapy Office Administrator plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations and administrative functions of the healthcare facility. They are responsible for ensuring smooth operations, managing staff, coordinating patient care, and maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and policies. The role requires a combination of strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Management:
    • Oversee the overall administrative operations of the office, including scheduling, billing, medical records management, and inventory control.
  • Staff Management:
    • Supervise administrative staff, including front office receptionist
    • Provide guidance to the staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional growth.
    • Schedule and coordinate staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage for patient care and administrative tasks.
  • Patient Care Coordination:
