Job Overview & Work Site
The Front Desk Admin is responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments within the office, completing administrative processing (authorizations and verifications), reports, and record keeping. We are seeking an individual who is personable, naturally friendly, bright, inquisitive, and an excellent communicator. The ability to support patients, answer their questions, and lead them in directions to solve issues they may have is essential.
Essential Job Functions:

  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills
  • Able to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Must be able to manage time
