Therapy Office Receptionist (Full-Time)
Job Summary:
The Front Desk employee, under the direction of the Business Office Manager, is responsible for managing incoming and outgoing patient flow in our therapy department. This person ensures that all of the proper paperwork and patient information is completed and filed thoroughly and accurately. Regular attendance is an essential part of this job.
Full Time - 40 hours
Flexibility to work 8-hour shifts between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm, as well as some Saturdays.

Essential Functions:
Welcome on-site patients and visitors by greeting them warmly and professionally.
Register patients (check-in/out) and maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal, insurance, and demographic information in accordance with doctor preference and compliance requirements.
Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
Scheduling/rescheduling appointments for patients in accordance with established procedures.
Process and collect patient payments for copays, balances, DME, and form requests.
Maintain operations by following policies and opening/closing procedures.
Job Qualifications:
Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Strong aptitude to learn multiple computer systems.
