Full Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist

ProRehab Physical Therapy, a member of the Confluent Health family, is looking for a Full Time Front Desk Medical Receptionist to join our team!

Pay: $16/HR

Schedule: M-F ~8am-5pm

Poseyville, Indiana 47633

Qualifications

Responsibilities

โ€ข Create a welcoming, professional first impression for patients, visitors, and referral sources

โ€ข Manage front desk operations including patient check-in, check-out, scheduling, insurance verification/authorization, and phone calls

โ€ข Review, schedule, and follow up on incoming referrals by gathering information, creating or updating patient records, and helping patients understand next steps

โ€ข Keep patient flow and schedules moving by confirming appointments, working waitlists, filling cancellations, and following up with patients who need future visits

โ€ข Collect copays, balances, and other patient payments accurately and professionally, including basic payment tracking or reconciliation when needed
