Marketing Support (your organized brain will be so happy).

  • Upload blogs, format content, and follow SEO checklists.
  • Schedule social media posts that feel on brand and human.
  • Repurpose content into short posts, snippets, reels, etc.
  • Keep our online presence consistent and beautiful (like a digital pantry with labeled jars).

Business Development & Community Magic:
  • Help coordinate workshops and events.
  • Check in attendees, warmly welcome families, help them register.
  • Build relationships with referral partners.
  • Keep notes, follow-ups, and lists organized.
  • Support campaigns that help our community feel connected and confident.

Lead & Client Nurture:
  • Update Zoho CRM (must know Zoho).
  • Track leads, referrals, and performance dashboards.
  • Send nurture emails.
  • Support communications with a warm, mom-hearted tone.

Admin/Project Love:
  • Keep marketing SOPs organized.
  • Coordinate with vendors.
  • Maintain our brand assets.
  • Follow up with team members with kindness + clarity.
