Job description

Overview

MB2 Dental, a first-of-its-kind Dental Partnership Organization (DPO) founded in 2007 and based in Carrollton, TX, is actively hiring a Marketing Coordinator!

The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting marketing efforts across multiple dental practices within a designated territory. This position is responsible for supporting campaign execution, maintaining strong relationships with affiliate offices, and ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies. It's an excellent opportunity to work within a highly collaborative marketing team while independently managing a variety of tasks and responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of marketing experience, specifically supporting multi-location businesses or within the healthcare/dental industry
  • Familiarity with Canva, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and cross-team collaboration
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans for affiliate dental offices within your assigned territory
  • Assist with creating and coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, community events, social media, etc.)
  • Gather content, draft messaging, and help build marketing materials
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager and senior team members to ensure campaigns meet office needs and organizational goals
  • Maintain strong relationships with affiliate offices by serving as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day marketing requests
  • Help manage local office listings, social media coordination, and community outreach activities
  • Assist in tracking campaign performance, pulling monthly reports, and identifying basic trends or insights
  • Collaborate with vendors, internal teams, and external partners as needed to support campaign execution
  • Manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining accuracy, organization, and timely delivery of assigned tasks
