This role brings the excitement of the gaming floor to life by enrolling new members, engaging loyal players, and delivering friendly, knowledgeable service that turns casual visits into lasting relationships. Through genuine hospitality and attention to detail, the Players Club Representative helps ensure every guest feels recognized, informed, and eager to return.

What you bring to the table

  • Registers new Players Club members, issues rewards cards, and provides clear information on points, offers, benefits, and promotions.
  • Actively engages guests on the casino floor to promote club membership and participation in loyalty programs and giveaways.
  • Redeems points and processes redemption certificates accurately and efficiently upon guest request.
  • Assists with Players Club giveaways, promotions, and special events to enhance the guest experience.
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all property promotions, events, and daily activities to confidently assist guests.
  • Provides courteous and timely resolution to guest questions or concerns, escalating issues as appropriate.

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
  • HS Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred and a Marketing or promotions background a plus.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal, problem solving and customer service skills.
  • A positive attitude is required.
  • Must have excellent oral communication skills and the ability to communicate on a microphone.
  • Computer data entry experience preferred.

Physical stuff to know

We've included the typical physical parts of the job here. If you need an accommodation to do the work, just let us know-we're here to support you. You'll need to be available to work weekends, holidays, and evenings when we are busy. During your shift, you'll stand for extended periods, and frequently walk, and use your hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. The position requires the ability to process information using computer methods and technology, at times for more than 50% of the work time. It is important to stay calm and make good decisions under pressure, especially when dealing with stressful situations or upset people. Just a heads-up-the casino environment may expose you to secondhand smoke. This is a quick summary of the main duties and requirements-it might not cover everything you could be asked to do.

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort is owned by the Coquille Indian Tribe. Team members are eligible for a comprehensive health care benefit, generous time off policy, 401-K retirement with 4% company match and other benefits.
