Job description

Pay Rate: $19/hourly | Full-Time |Sun- Tues 2pm - 10:30 pm, Fri- Sat 5pm - 1:30am| Off Wed & Thurs

Job Purpose or Objective(s):  Supports the Players Club representatives, schedules associates based on business demand, provides assistance, and sets the standard for performance and customer service to all internal and external guests. You will report to the Marketing Manager.

Primary Tasks:

1.       You will provide direction and feedback to representatives.

2.       Respond to guest, employee, and management concerns and resolve issues within company policies.

3.       You will oversee the work of your team to ensure standards are met, train team members, and conduct performance management with staff.

4.       Maintain knowledge of company, departmental procedures including MICS/TICS, and Title 31 to communicate accurate information to guests and other team members/departments.

5.       You will complete required reports.

6.       Maintain records to document/verify department activities.

7.       You will monitor inventory control of general office/rewards club supplies.

8.       Help implement events and promotions.

9.       You will attend training and workshops to develop marketing skills.

10.     Perform other duties as assigned.

               General computer application proficiency

               Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services

               Makes well-informed decisions, even when data are limited or solutions produce unpleasant consequences perceive the impact and possible effects of decisions.

               Ability to writes in a clear and organized manner for the intended audience. 

               One (1) year prior experience in Marketing/Advertising
