Responsibilities

Position Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for providing day to day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
  • Responsible for achieving goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing
  • Foster communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory
  • Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics
  • Other projects or duties as assigned 
Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:  

  • College Degree or equivalent experience
  • 5 + years of related experience or 2+ years internal Account Manager experience
