Job Description

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Manages scheduling and coordinating all online and classroom training for associates - schedules location, date/time, materials, and attendance. 

     Market available training opportunities to employees and provide necessary information 

     Manages and assists as necessary with the preparation of educational learning aids and materials 

     Manage bid and coordination process for meeting venues, travel needs, presentation materials for associate development programs. 

     Manage bid process of finale events for development program end, and prepare for VP, Training and Development review  

     Assist with coordinating associate development programs including New Hire Orientation 

     Manage curriculum training records, to include download and save historic data from the LMS separately 

     Manages exam results for any potential concerns and discussions with VP, Training and Development 

     Manage and maintain in-house training facility and equipment  

     Facilitate monthly training of the current learning management system for all new associates, and other reasonable technology apps utilized by associates, as necessary. 

     Collects, compiles, and reports results of class and facilitator evaluations, attendance and training data to include, but not limited to recommended areas of need   

     Assist with training department budget and manage expense billing/sorting 

     Communicates data and reports as needed 

   Manage recognition program award dissemination, tracking, and follow up

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, or related field preferred.

Previous experience in Education or similar type positions preferred

Previous experience writing training content preferred

Must be detail oriented and highly organized

Must have exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills

Must be team oriented

Previous experience with PowerPoint and Canva graphic design software preferred

Intermediate level ability with MS Office programs
