Fully Remote (U.S. Only): This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from home or location of record within the U.S. with no in-office requirements. You must be available five days per week during designated work hours. The work arrangement for this role is subject to change based on business needs and individual performance. This may include adjustments to on-site requirements or schedule expectations, as necessary.
Position Overview:
In this role you will be responsible for managing all facets of designated training programs that enhance the capabilities of employees through continued education and skills training in alignment with department organizational goals. To do this, you will partner with key stakeholders in L&D, Product & Tech, and Marketing to ensure learning programs are aligned with the latest product enhancements, positioning statements, and go-to-market strategies. You will manage all aspects of maintaining the designated program(s) including design updates, communications, project management, and classroom facilitation as needed.
The below represents the primary duties of the position, others may be assigned as needed. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Partner with L&D leadership to manage measurement and evaluation methods that assess learning program effectiveness.
• Execute as needed on the delivery and design of the program components including the program's intent and objectives, training/facilitating, acclimating learners to tools and

• Research and keep abreast of trends in learning, learning design, and training effectiveness.
• Plan and facilitate train the trainer events to ensure trainer readiness for newly hired trainers in addition to managing upskilling needs based on program/content changes.
• Maintain proficiency /delivery certification in required role-specific content including general Paylocity product knowledge as this role will facilitate training.
• Maintain programs that align program goals with the goals of the company and/or its departments. These programs can be for our new employees, existing employees and leadership roles. Also, ensure the programs develop our employees in our competencies.
• Comfortable with getting started without the complete picture or all the information
• Independent and self-sufficient who can thrive under minimal guidance
• Execute as needed on the delivery and design of the program components including the program's intent and objectives, training/facilitating, acclimating learners to tools and technology, and being point-of-contact for their questions.
• Connect with L&D leaders and business leadership to discover training effectiveness opportunities for new and existing learner some travel may be required to support onsite learning events.
Education and Experience
• Expertise in business process and execution
• 5+ years Project Management experience
• 3+ years of experience in L&D facilitation, Sales or Sales Training, or Instructional Design.
• Bachelor's degree required
• Completion of an advanced L&D certificate program (i.e. APTD, Certified Coaching or
equivalent) required
Physical requirements
• Ability to sit for extended periods: The role requires sitting at a desk or workstation for long periods, typically 7-8 hours a day.
• Use of computer and phone systems: The employee must be able to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type. This includes using multiple software programs and inquiries simultaneously.
