Responsibilities Facilitate all Product Development products through the pre-production and pre-season stages – working closely with the photography, copyrighting, and marketing teams to uphold product integrity and accuracy. Work across multiple teams in planning photography needs Assist with gathering and organizing products for photo shoots Help Maintain flow while adhering to strict production timelines Participate in Photography handovers and assist in maintaining the flow of the photography process Organize sample processing across teams and needs Participate in Photo-shoots, this includes but is not limited to Packaging, Ecommerce, and Marketing shoots at our studio and on location Help with dressing, styling and maintaining product integrity during photo shoots Work through retouch process for images Qualifications Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and/up to 6 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with Adobe Creative Suites, including Photoshop and Illustrator Experience on a photography set dressing and styling live models (age ranging from Infant through adult) Knowledge of garment construction and fit across all size and age ranges Interest in Halloween, pop-culture, music, and teen lifestyle a plus Must have outstanding organizational skills Must be flexible and able to learn on the fly Creative aptitude Ablility to communicate with all levels Strong interpersonal skills Maintain a positive attitude Must be able to work in a team setting The pay range reflects the potential rate for this role.

Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position. Pay Range $22.00 - $27.00/hr
