This company specializes in the fabrication of hygienic fluid handling pumps, valves, and ASME-certified heat exchangers built from carbon steel, stainless steel, and specialty alloys. Their products support critical industrial manufacturing operations and are built to the highest quality standards.
In this ASME Welder role, you’ll work in a production environment reading blueprints, fitting components, and performing high-quality welds on pressure vessels and fabricated assemblies. Your work will directly support safe, reliable manufacturing operations and help ensure customer quality standards are met.

TigWelder Duties:
o Fit and weld ASME code and structural components using GTAW, GMAW, and FCAW processes
o Read and interpret blueprints, weld maps, welding symbols, WPS documents, and customer specifications
o Inspect materials and completed welds to ensure quality and conformance standards are met
o Perform repairs, rework, and non-destructive testing processes as required
o Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety and quality procedures

Schedule:
o Day Shift
o Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Pay:
o $25.00 per hour

ASME Welder Requirements:
o At least 10 years of welding experience using GTAW, GMAW, and FCAW processes
o At least 5 years of ASME and pipe fitting experience working with carbon and stainless steel materials
o Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, WPS documents, and fabrication drawings
o Ability to qualify and weld in the 6G position
o High school diploma or GED required
