Are you a seasoned Litigation Paralegal ready to step into a fast-paced, high-performance legal team? Our client is seeking a highly experienced professional to support complex litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives under pressure, values precision, and enjoys working alongside top-tier attorneys.
Position Highlights:
- Hybrid schedule: Monday–Thursday in office | Friday remote
- Competitive salary: $100,000 – $115,000
- High-impact role supporting complex litigation cases
- Exposure to trial preparation, discovery, and appellate work
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cases from pre-litigation through trial and post-trial
- Coordinate and oversee discovery, document review, and production
- Prepare pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and court filings
- Conduct legal research using platforms
- Support depositions, witness prep, and trial logistics
- Maintain and organize case files, exhibits, and litigation databases
- Provide courtroom support during trials
Required Qualifications:
- 8–10+ years of litigation paralegal experience (law firm required)
- Strong background in complex litigation and trial support
- Experience with federal state e-filing systems
- Advanced proficiency in: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Adobe Acrobat Litigation tools; (Relativity, Opus 2 or similar)
