Job description

Pritchard Industries is a dynamic and innovative provider of comprehensive facility services, dedicated to enhancing the operational efficiency of our client partners in the industries we serve. With services from facility maintenance and janitorial to landscaping and snow removal, we enable desired outcomes for our clients through consistent service and outstanding people.
We are seeking to hire a Temporary Custodian. You will be responsible for performing building maintenance tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, removing trash, cleaning restrooms and break rooms, and other miscellaneous duties to ensure that the building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude & appearance and be self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, and responsible.
Job Requirements
  • Must be able to follow instructions from supervisor and complete all tasks effectively.
  • Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
  • Janitor experience is a plus but will train
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Be able to use the auto scrubber machine
  • Be able set up for events
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred

Benefits
