Executive Assistant - Temp

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant (Temp) to support senior leadership with day-to-day administrative, operational, and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong time-management, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle email correspondence, screen calls, and prioritize messages on behalf of the executive team.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed.
  • Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
  • Maintain and track action items, deadlines, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics and documentation.
  • Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure document accuracy.
  • Liaise with departments, clients, and stakeholders professionally.
  • Assist with project coordination and administrative tasks as required.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete discretion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration or business (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant.
