Job description

Job Title

EMH&T is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to support a project focused on the digitization of company records. This position is responsible for scanning, indexing, and ensuring the accuracy of documents as they are converted into electronic files. This is a project-based assignment, with employment expected to continue through the completion of the scanning initiative; the duration will vary based on project progress and workload.

Responsibilities
  • Operate scanning equipment to accurately convert physical documents into electronic format
  • Verify scanned files for accuracy, clarity, and completeness
  • Track progress and maintain records of completed work
  • Identify and escalate any issues with document quality or scanning equipment
Skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and focus
  • Ability to follow established processes and procedures
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet productivity expectations
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Environment & Schedule
  • Full-time schedule (typically 40 hours per week), the workday starts at 8:00am
  • This position is eligible for benefits for the duration of employment
  • May require extended periods of sitting, standing, and repetitive hand movements
  • May be required to lift and/or moving boxes weighing up to 60ibs
  • This is a long-term, temporary position with no implied intention for long-term, permanent employment
  • Employment will continue through the duration of the project and conclude upon completion, which could last up to 2 years
