Job Title: Accounting Assistant (Temporary, Full-Time)
Location: Onsite Englewood CO 80110
Hours: Flexible, 35–40 hours per week (8:00 am – 4:30 pm)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Controller for a temporary, full-time assignment. This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting skills and experience in bookkeeping or accounts payable.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and assist with vendor statement reconciliation
  • Track expenses and manage payments
  • Assist with inventory reconciliation, sales order revenue reconciliation, and journal entry postings

Requirements:
  • 1 to 3 years of bookkeeping or accounts payable experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in accounting or finance is a plus
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online or Desktop
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

Compensation:
$24.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. Hours are somewhat flexible; current need is 35–40 hours per week.
