Job Title: Assistant Controller (Temporary, Full-Time)
Location: Onsite – Englewood, CO 80110
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm (35–40 hours per week; flexible schedule)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Controller for a temporary, full-time position. The ideal candidate will bring strong accounting expertise and experience in bookkeeping or accounts payable.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and assist with vendor statement reconciliation
  • Track expenses and manage payments
  • Support inventory reconciliation, sales order revenue reconciliation, and journal entry postings
Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years of bookkeeping or accounts payable experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in accounting or finance is a plus
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks Online or Desktop
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
Compensation:
$24.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm. We offer flexible hours, with a weekly schedule of 35–40 hours.
