The Patient Intake Specialist position is an integral part in Kaleidoscope ABA's mission to deliver therapeutic services to children with autism. We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Intake Specialist to guide clients through our intake process, ensuring a smooth and supportive experience from start to finish. In this role, you will educate clients about our services, verify insurance, gather required documents, and submit authorizations.The ideal ABA Intake Specialist candidate thrives on building rapport, demonstrating integrity, empathy, and expertise in insurance regulations.
