About the role
Deliver timely, accurate, and customer-centered claim information to call center callers. Gather necessary details to finalize the claim. Consistently offer excellent customer service. Enter claim information into the system. Manage STD, SDI, AM, LTD, Life, and AD&D product lines. Perform effectively in a collaborative call center environment.
What you will do
  • Offer various external and internal callers timely, accurate, and customer-centered information on disability, life, and leave claims. Collect information from diverse sources to correctly document new submissions, ongoing claims, and other relevant situations. Enter detailed, clear summaries of exchanged information into our claim system. Dispatch claim acknowledgement correspondence promptly and precisely. Handle incoming documents with strong coding accuracy and immediate distribution. Follow operational standards closely. Reach or go beyond call center operational targets.
  • Maintain a superior level of genuine caring and empathetic customer service throughout all interactions. Take appropriate actions to earn the caller's trust. Anticipate customer needs and take action.
  • Work as a team to support one another through flexibility, collaboration, creating a positive work environment, consistently maintain professionalism and integrity, actively taking steps to foster high morale, and demonstrating a dedication to excellence.
  • Demonstrate an increasing level of proficiency in the products (STD, SDI, AM, LTD, Life and AD&D) managed by the department.
  • Perform other tasks requested by management.

Compensation
Hourly Range: $22.00 - $33.95 plus eligibility for annual bonus program.
