Job description

Job Description The Video Teleconference Specialist role will provide onsite support to a Federal Government client in Washington, DC. This role provides support for audiovisual technology (ie Crestron on O365 environment), Video Teleconferencing (VTC), technology for collaboration, meetings, training, and specialized use meeting rooms. Tier 2 support working to troubleshoot equipment and provide onsite support. *This is a temporary assignment lasting approximately (3) months. Required Education, Experience, & Skills * Bachelor's degree plus 1-3 years experience with Audio Visual over IP or 4-6 years of equivalent work experience specifically in audio and video teleconferencing * 5 years' experience supporting audio and video teleconferencing within Microsoft environment * Knowledge of Crestron Flex for Microsoft Teams Rooms and Microsoft Intune to manage and maintain devices * Certified in Microsoft 365, focused in Teams or Crestron strongly preferred * Support DC client onsite Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Provide recommendations and support for audio-visual integration projects at client facilities for mission critical and high-visibility command center, conference rooms and meeting spaces. Provide technical troubleshooting for day to day operations, coordinates vendor repairs, including scheduling with vendors and customers, basic hardware installation and technical system commissioning. Implements appropriate controls and quality assurance; ensures adherence to client processes and procedures, consistent and efficient trouble resolution, error reduction, and continuous process improvement. Knowledge with AV hardware and software within Microsoft environment, integrating new and existing hardware, make Crestron hardware and software updates and patches as well as related hardware to keep AV system current Keep track of work efforts, time, and products via Jira and ServiceNow ticketing system on a daily basis Update hardware inventory reports and perform audits of equipment that arrived on site compared to what was documented Locate and review project SOW to ensure installation is technically accurate Make minor programming changes to customized code and touch panel files under the direction of an engineer and programmer Create and maintain VTC documentation Demonstrate ability to work successfully in a fast-paced and changing environment Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $64926 - $110374 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
