About the Employer
The Corona-Norco Unified School District is the largest school district in Riverside County and the seventh-largest district in California. Job Summary
Under general supervision, perform a variety of responsible technical and administrative duties in support of the District's human resources programs for certificated and classified staff. Provide information and assistance to employees, administrators, applicants, and the public regarding human resources policies, procedures, and regulations.
The Human Resources Assistant is a technical and administrative support role within the District's Human Resources classification series. This position focuses on implementing human resources procedures, supporting compliance, and assisting with day-to-day human resources functions. While working independently on routine tasks, this role differs from higher-level human resources roles in its focus on administrative execution rather than program oversight or complex decision-making.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent education must be attached to all applications. Effective October 1, 2024: If you have an AA, Bachelor's, or Master's degree, you must also attach a copy of your high school diploma or equivalent. A college degree cannot be submitted in lieu of a high school diploma, unless your official college transcript clearly displays your high school graduation date and the name of the high school from which you graduated. EXAMS
