Temp Administrative Assistant

Starting Hourly Rate: $19.52

9-months, Full-Time position

    Role Summary:

    The Temporary Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and customer service support to Service Area management while coordinating front-office operations. This fast-paced role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to coordinate inspections, assist customers with permitting and short-term rental software, respond to phone inquiries, and help ensure smooth, efficient daily operations.

      Education, Training and Experience Required:

      • Knowledge of standard office procedures.
      • Basic office software applications (e.g. Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook).
      • Basic mathematics.
      • The skills and abilities to: communicate tactfully and positively with the public and employees, problem solve, use and understand office information technology, coordinate multiple duties, type and create/edit spreadsheets.
      • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
      • 1-2 years of office experience/customer service or related field.
