What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a temp recruiter?

To thrive as a Temp Recruiter, you need a good understanding of recruiting practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment, generally supported by prior experience in staffing or human resources. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter is typically required.
