The Recruiter is responsible for attracting and hiring top talent across designated business areas within ACS. This role manages full-cycle recruiting-from sourcing and screening to interviewing and presenting candidates-while partnering closely with hiring leaders to meet hiring goals. The Recruiter plays a key role in building a diverse, inclusive workforce and delivering a high-quality candidate experience that reflects our mission-driven, people-first culture.
This is a remote position; candidates residing in the Eastern or Central Time Zones are preferred.
This a temorary position expected to last through December 2026.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and business areas, from sourcing through offer negotiation, while building and managing strong pipelines of active and passive candidates to deliver high-quality hires. Align hiring strategies with organizational priorities and evolving skill needs, identifying talent across traditional and emerging markets and assessing transferable and adjacent skills. Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders by providing market insights, influencing decisions, and ensuring an exceptional hiring experience. Act as a brand ambassador to deliver a highly engaging, positive candidate experience, maintaining relationships with top talent for future opportunities. Drive timely, well-informed hiring and offer acceptance decisions through effective communication and influence. 70%

  • Actively network and build outreach to grow professional network and position ACS as a top employer in candidate attraction. 10%

  • Partner with Manager on high level strategic priorities in hard to hire markets. 10%

  • Actively contribute to the creation and execution of employment brand initiatives. 10%

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Minimum Degree Prefered: Bachelor's Degree

  • Years of experience: 3+ years of recruitment experience in progressive organization or agency

  • Executive recruitment experience preferred

  • Experience utilizing Workday recruitment and LinkedIn Recruiter.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
  • Proven track record of creating a diverse and inclusive workforce

  • Exceptional skills at recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring leaders

  • Strong negotiation skills to arrive at win/win solutions

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
  • There are not travel requirements for this temporary role.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • This work from home position and may require more sitting than usual.

Pay: $35.00-$37.00 per hour
