Essential Job Duties
The Temporary Administrative Support Specialist provides administrative and operational support to the department, including support for department and center students, faculty, and staff. This position is responsible for efficiently processing vouchers, managing PCard reconciliations, handling travel authorizations and reimbursement requests, entering lab and center orders, tracking receivables, and serving as the front desk liaison for visitors. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication skills, and customer service while supporting daily department operations. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
