Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a dedicated Telecom Service Delivery Coordinator to join their team. As a Telecom Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Operations Department supporting the order lifecycle and flow management processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Telecom Service Delivery Coordinator

What's the Job?

  • Monitor and oversee the complete flow of all installs, MACDs (Move, Add, Change, Delete), and disconnects for the USPS account.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks or errors in the order process and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain tracking and management duties throughout the USPS migration project, ensuring a seamless transition of services.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering and provisioning teams to ensure timely order processing and resolution.
  • Support the overall order lifecycle management to enhance service delivery efficiency.
What's Needed?
  • Strong understanding of telecommunications order types, especially Installs, MACDs, and Disconnects.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume order queues meticulously.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent delays in order processing.
  • Experience supporting migration projects or similar large-scale service transitions is a plus.
