Job description

About the Role

As the Account Manager, Strategic Account, Telecommunications, you are the operational and compliance engine managing our largest service-based, co-branded partnership. This role combines strategic pre-sale support with heavy post-sale campaign operations, sweepstakes logistics, and regulatory administration.

This role leans heavily into post-sale management. Telecommunications partnerships involve complex legal frameworks, brand guidelines, network coverage claims, consumer sweepstakes, and promotional giveaways. You will serve as the stabilizing force across Legal, Production, and the client team to ensure all contractual obligations are met without stalling fast-moving creative schedules.

This role is based in Greenville, North Carolina, working in-office five days per week in close alignment with our creative teams, with New York City also considered. Regardless of location, you will operate primarily on Eastern Standard Time (EST) with flexibility for key filming schedules, ensuring seamless collaboration across headquarters, deal flow, and campaign timelines.

What You'll Do

  • End-to-End Campaign Delivery: Manage post-sale deliverables across CRM systems, tracking co-branded marketing assets, integrations, social extensions, and service callouts.
  • Sweepstakes & Contest Administration: Lead contest logistics, including official rules, winner affidavits, prizing fulfillment, and regulatory (FTC/COPPA) compliance.
  • Regulatory Alignment & Compliance Verification: Liaise with Legal on client approvals, disclaimers, and usage rules, while serving as the on-set safeguard verifying that required brand presence and disclaimers are accurately captured.
  • Client On-Set Management & Live Pivots: Host client teams on set, guiding them through unscripted production changes and resolving roadblocks while protecting contractual deliverables.
  • Co-Brand Asset Logistics: Oversee inventory, custom props, infrastructure, and promotional signage required for production shoots.
  • Reporting & Systems Management: Analyze performance metrics across Google Analytics, Nielsen, and Viewstats for wrap decks, maintaining standardized CRM data for audits.
  • Strategy & Workflow Optimization: Leverage AI tools and market research to streamline legal clearance workflows, maintain pre-sales repositories, and support Sales Leadership.
  • Market & Competitive Research: Track consumer trends in telecommunications, subscription models, and co-branded youth marketing to inform pursuit strategy.
  • Proposal & Narrative Deck Creation: Assist Sales Leadership in creating strategic proposals and executive pitch presentations highlighting co-branded integration models.

What We're Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in account management, production operations, or media campaign execution, with experience managing telecom accounts preferred.
  • Regulated Industry & Contest Expertise: Direct experience managing sweepstakes and contests, FTC disclaimers, compliance workflows, and multi-brand co-design rules.
  • High-Volume Execution: Proven capability tracking 30+ simultaneous deliverables under tight deadlines. Google Slides, with working knowledge of Boostr, Google Analytics, and AI productivity tools.
  • Operating Expectations: In-office five days per week in Greenville, NC preferred, or NYC virtual with EST alignment; flexibility for key weekend shoot dates; valid U.S. driver's license.

The target total compensation includes a fixed annual salary of $110,000 - $148,000, an employee equity plan grant, an annual bonus, plus comprehensive benefits.

Equity grants are issued in good faith, subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.
