TELUS Small and Medium Business (SMB) is one of our fastest-growing divisions, and we're seeking an Account Manager to serve businesses with 30-100 employees. In this hunter-focused role, you'll be the face of TELUS, building meaningful partnerships and architecting tailored technology solutions across our complete portfolio-mobility, internet, VoIP, and security.

You'll combine sales strategy and execution to drive revenue through multi-product solutions while exceeding client expectations and sales targets. What you will bring:

  • Experience selling to SMB decision-makers (Owners, CEOs, IT Directors)
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms and virtual presentations
  • High-level of urgency and strong consultative selling and negotiation skills
  • Business acumen and understanding of SMB technology needs
  • Executive presence and ability to influence C-level stakeholders
  • Resilience and persistence through challenging sales cycles
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
