Position Summary:
Responsibilities include providing friendly, efficient service to internal and external guests, and overseeingthe day-to-day Technical operations during a daily shift. The Slot Tech Shift Manager plays a crucial role insupporting the Slot Tech Manager in planning, managing, and executing a training curriculum within thecasino. This position is responsible for communicating changes, resolving issues, and ensuring thesatisfaction of all stakeholders in support of the Slot Tech Manager. The Slot Tech Shift Manager assists inmaintaining efficient processes, implementing best practices, and supporting the overall maintenance andperformance of casino gaming equipment. Collaboration with various departments and staying updated ontechnological advancements are essential to success in this role.
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promotingour values.
2. Perform responsibilities in accordance with all Company standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Assist the Slot Tech Manager in planning, executing, and overseeing department initiatives duringassigned shifts.
4. Communicate changes, issues, and status updates to relevant parties and ensuring timely and efficientinformation distribution.
5. Uphold departmental core values by fostering and culture of satisfaction, recognition and engagement.
6. Implement best practices and standardized improvements to enhance operational efficiency across allrelated areas.
7. Support the maintenance and performance of casino gaming equipment in collaboration with the SlotTech Manager.
8. Responsible for regular communications including counseling team, troubleshooting system issues,relaying inter-department concerns, required to routinely meet with Team Members, management andother departments to relay important information, identify issues of concern and work towardssolutions.
9. Ensures compliance of all applicable rules and regulations. This includes but is not limited to GamingCommission Regulations, Slot Technical Procedures,
10. Stay informed on technological advancements, provide training for Slot Technical department TeamMembers, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
11. Oversee machine moves, installations/removals, conversions, and repairs in compliance with
jurisdictional regulations.
12. Maintain accurate records of all machines, including par sheets, compliance documentation, and
machine-related activities.
13. Support the Slot Tech Manager in human resources responsibilities, including creating a positive workenvironment, hiring, training, and compliance with policies.
14. Act as a liaison between vendor technicians and property departments when the vendors are on
premises.
15. Manage inventory of parts and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels to support property needs.
16. Promote and uphold the highest standards of guest service for both internal and external guests.
