Operations & Communications Coordinator | San Francisco, CA


We're looking for an organized and proactive Operations & Communications Coordinator to support our growing team. Working closely with the COO and Executive Operations & Communications Manager, you'll help drive hiring, onboarding, internal operations, compliance, office management, and company communications.


What You'll Do

  • Coordinate hiring and onboarding processes
  • Support immigration and HR-related operations
  • Help build company policies, procedures, and employee resources
  • Manage office operations and external vendor relationships
  • Assist with content planning and company communications


What We're Looking For

  • 1+ years in operations, communications, office management, or similar
  • Strong written communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Discord, and productivity tools
  • Able to work full-time onsite in San Francisco (Mission District)
