This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader who thrives on building high-performing teams, improving operational efficiency, and creating scalable systems that support long-term success. This is not a maintenance role.

We're looking for someone who enjoys developing people, implementing processes, driving accountability, and leading multiple departments toward shared goals. Responsibilities You will oversee the daily operations of: Installation Department Service Department Sales Team Warehouse and Inventory Fleet Coordination Scheduling and Field Productivity Quality Assurance KPI Tracking and Performance Reporting Hiring, coaching, and developing department leaders Process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency Your primary objective is to ensure every department operates cohesively, delivering exceptional service while maximizing productivity and profitability.
