Job description

Position Summary:
The Slot Performance Manager is a key role responsible for developing and implementing a
comprehensive and detailed slot strategy roadmap. Leveraging slot trends, performance, labor and P&Lanalysis reports, and overseeing the performance applications of the Slot department, the manager willprovide strategic recommendations and roadmaps aligned with the vision of the Executive leadership. Witha primary focus on maximizing revenue for the property, the Slot Performance Manager will actively andcontinuously refine the slot strategy and budgets to drive exceptional results.
Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for redefining hospitality at Graton Resort & Casino while living, supporting, and promotingour values.
2. Provide timely and insightful recommendations and reports to Executive Leadership, contributing to theefficient day-to-day operation of the slot floor.
3. Possess a deep understanding of slot products and their individual and collective performance on thegaming floor, enabling informed decisions regarding slot product additions, removals, and upgrades.
4. Deliver well-prepared and comprehensive product plans on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis tothe slot team, including the Slot Technical Manager, Operations Manager, and Executive leadership.
5. Collaborate with the Slot Technical team to effectively administer and manage all departmental
systems, including but not limited to IGT machine accounting, RealWinn Solutions, and OPTX.
6. Create and maintain accurate spreadsheets that support machine capital purchases and proposals,offering revenue estimations and informed investment decisions.
7. Assist the Slot Operations team in conducting detailed analysis aimed at optimizing schedules to
achieve the ideal labor-to-business volume ratio, ensuring operational efficiency and costeffectiveness.
8. Stay at the forefront of industry advancements by conducting research and evaluating new slot
manufacturers and technologies, assessing potential partnerships to keep Graton ahead of the
competition.
9. Prepare the financial review documentation highlighting areas for improvement.
10. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and awillingness to contribute to the overall success of the department and organization.
Required Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years of casino slot experience with 1 year being leadership experience.
2. Strong Microsoft Excel and Power point skills.
3. Knowledge of slot systems. IGT Preferred.
4. Experience in a large operation of at least 2,500 slots.
5. Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
6. Experience in slot performance applications i.e. OPTX, RWS, and others.
7. Experience presenting in a conference room environment.
8. Management experience in Slot Technical and/or Slot Operations.
Physical Requirements:
1. Ability to work in confined area.
2. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds with or without assistance.
3. Ability to work in a high-energy, high-pressure environment.
4. Must be able to listen and communicate effectively and clearly.
5. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel or sit for long periods of time in order to use the type ofequipment or tools needed for the position.
Work Conditions:
Work is typically in an area which may be unusually hot, cold, noisy, and may contain second-hand smoke.
Work may be performed in small areas with a 3 ft. wide access. Tasks performed from a sitting or nonsittingposition. Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pullingand grasping. These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. Work may entail trainedchemical usage. Constant contact with fellow Team Members and Guests.
