Recall Masters is the automotive industry's leading customer engagement and recall communications platform, helping dealerships increase service traffic, improve customer retention, and unlock new revenue opportunities. We are seeking a Performance Manager to serve as a strategic advisor to dealership leadership teams and help drive measurable business results across a portfolio of high-value accounts.


The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced automotive leader who understands dealership operations, can speak the language of Fixed Ops, and has the credibility to influence General Managers, Service Directors, Fixed Operations Directors, and dealer ownership groups.
As a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for strengthening executive-level client relationships, driving retention and growth strategies, identifying performance opportunities, and ensuring dealerships maximize the value of their Recall Masters partnership.


Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary strategic advisor for an assigned portfolio of dealership and dealer group clients
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with General Managers, Fixed Ops Directors, Service Directors, and ownership groups
Analyze dealership performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve results
Drive client retention, expansion opportunities, and long-term account growth
Lead business reviews and performance discussions with dealership leadership
Partner with internal sales, operations, and product teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
Identify opportunities to increase recall completion rates, service revenue, customer retention, and overall dealership performance
Mentor and support team members by sharing best practices and industry expertise


Qualifications
5+ years of automotive, dealership leadership, automotive consulting, or client success experience.
Strong understanding of dealership operations, service department performance, customer retention strategies, and profitability drivers.
Experience working directly with Dealer Principals, General Managers, Service Directors, and multi-rooftop dealer groups.
Proven success managing high-value client relationships.
Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to translate data into strategic business recommendations.
Salesforce or CRM experience preferred.
