Job description

About Elixirr
Elixirr International plc is a global consulting firm with a bold ambition: to become the best consulting firm in the world.
Founded in 2009 to challenge a declining industry standard, we've grown from a single vision into a powerhouse of entrepreneurial talent, delivering boardroom strategy through to execution.
After IPO-ing on AIM in July 2020, Elixirr moved to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange in July 2025. In that time, our market cap has grown from £98 million to over £350 million - a testament to our differentiated approach and relentless pursuit of excellence.
With a presence across the UK, US, EU, and South Africa, and a client base spanning industries and geographies, we've welcomed seven boutique firms into the Group. This has broadened our capabilities across creative, digital marketing, data and AI, procurement, transformation, and more.
Our vision of becoming a services unicorn is firmly within reach - and this is just the beginning. We're looking for exceptional talent to join us on this exciting growth journey and shape the future of consulting.
You will be based in Frisco. Our Dallas office serves as the U.S. headquarters for Elixirr Digital, leading our data, AI, and digital solutions. It also functions as a key hub for Elixirr Consulting, supporting our broader consulting services across the United States.
Job Summary
As a Senior Consultant on our Engagement Lead Track, you will play a pivotal role in leading client engagements, ensuring seamless delivery, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and driving business growth. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, colleagues in our Technology Champ Track, and client stakeholders to align business goals with execution strategies.
This role requires both technical depth and strategic leadership. Candidates should have prior experience in software, data, analytics, or cloud engineering and be comfortable leading discussions with both engineers and business leaders. You will serve in key roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Business Analyst, ensuring successful execution of client initiatives.
Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement & Delivery Leadership
    • Own and drive project execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
    • Guide clients through technology transformations, acting as a trusted advisor in software, data, analytics, or cloud initiatives.
    • Lead teams of two to dozens of members, ensuring effective collaboration between technical and business stakeholders.
    • Oversee and manage product roadmaps, backlogs, and project scopes, prioritizing business outcomes and client success.
  • Technical & Strategic Advisory
    • Engage in technical discussions with engineers and architects, translating complex concepts for business stakeholders.
    • Support clients in modernizing technology platforms, adopting AI/ML, and leveraging cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • Drive strategic initiatives, aligning technology, data, and business needs to optimize delivery and impact.
  • Business Growth & Relationship Management
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering trust and ensuring long-term client success.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion and additional work streams.
  • Contribute to firm-wide initiatives, including offerings & go-to-market strategy, technology alliances, and internal programs (e.g., community forums, prosperous accounts strategy, internal GenAI adoption, and enablement).

Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in technology-driven roles, with a background in software, data, analytics, or cloud engineering.
  • Proven ability to engage in technical discussions with engineers, architects, and business stakeholders.
  • Experience leading complex technology initiatives in roles such as Product Owner, Product Manager, Project Manager, or Business Analyst.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive strategic decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams of varying sizes (from 2 to dozens) and deliver measurable client impact.
  • A track record of growing accounts and work streams, optimizing billable utilization, and contributing to firm-wide initiatives.

Nice To Have
  • Experience working with mid-market and enterprise clients across multiple industries.
  • Prior involvement in go-to-market strategy, technology alliances, or internal firm initiatives.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities for account expansion and drive long-term client success.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data analytics, AI/ML, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Prior consulting experience or a track record of client-facing leadership.

What is The Engagement Lead Track?
