The Galaxy program unites Celonauts across different locations into one dedicated onboarding program which develops recent graduates into  well rounded, skilled Services professionals in 12 months.  

The Role

In this role you have the chance to launch your career in the enterprise software world by joining the Galaxy Graduate Program as an Associate Technology Consultant. The Galaxy Program will provide you with a structured approach to kick start your career within Celonis, learning and delivering value to our customers, over a period of 12 months.

In particular, Galaxy's cohort structure will develop your expertise across the Celonis value journey with a focus on learning the technology, implementation cycle, approaches to innovation and automation, enablement, support, and customer engagement best practices. 

The work you'll do:

As an Associate Services Consultant (within the Galaxy Program), you will be an integral part of our teams preparing yourself for a career with Celonis. The program will combine learning and hands-on experience, making sure all aspects of the post sale customer experience are represented. As part of this program, you can expect to:

  • Deploy high-value use cases utilizing a combination of data analytics, data science, machine learning, and GenAI
  • Perform complex data transformations with SQL and Python to optimize data for analysis
  • Complete practical assignments across a variety of customer projects
  • Implement and configure the Celonis platform for customers
  • Communicate and collaborate directly with the end customer to gather requirements and showcase deliverables
  • Collaborate with consultants and internal stakeholders to develop-out value driven operational solutions
  • Build-out critical KPIs and integrate them into customer solutions
  • Develop Python scripts utilizing our Machine Learning Workbench (MLWB) to efficiently consume, transform, and transmit data to the Celonis platform
  • Have the opportunity to collaborate with various teams within the Celonis organization, including but not limited to:

The qualifications you need:

We are looking for people who enjoy solving problems, think outside the box, and are not afraid to make and learn from their mistakes. 

In addition you would have:

  • A degree in the field of Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable degree program
  • Have 0-2 years experience in the fields of  (IT-) Consulting, Data Science, or a similar area in the form of an internship or entry-level position
  • You have a strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, LLMs, and Process Mining and are seeking to continuously improve in these areas.
You are successful as an Associate Galaxy Celonaut if you:
  • Enjoy interacting with various customers 
  • Understand and are able to interpret business processes
  • Are a person with analytical skills, and have a basic knowledge of SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab...)
  • Are comfortable with steep learning curves
  • Able to consistently work through challenging problems by applying a combination of critical thinking and resourcefulness
  • Fluency in English
