About the Service Delivery area 

The Service Delivery area is responsible for providing consulting services to clients, delivering complete project solutions that achieve measurable business improvement through the company's products and services. The team defines and executes the approach for outsourced solutions, systems integration, and proprietary tooling - acting as the bridge between client needs and technical execution.

At ServiceRocket, this means working within a named account, Centers of Excellence (COE) model, where cross-functional delivery teams guide enterprise clients through complex technology transformations - primarily across the Atlassian ecosystem - from initial scoping through to successful outcomes.

What you'll be doing
  • Build high-quality solutions with a focus on scoped project deliverables and long-term maintainability
  • Work alongside solution architects to understand technical scope, then help build and iterate on custom implementations based on customer feedback
  • Deliver features and fixes that go above and beyond our customers' expectations
  • Help us continuously improve our delivery process through retrospection and fresh ideas
  • Share what you learn by pairing with and supporting your teammates
What you'll bring to the table
  • A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar. No professional experience required, we're looking for curious grads ready to learn!
  • A customer-first mindset and strong problem-solving instincts
  • A genuine interest in growing your skills in our tech stack, best practices, and codebase, and contributing to real customer problems with guidance from your team
  • The ability to write clean code and tests, and openness to feedback in code reviews and design discussions. Good skills to have a Python, Bash, strong scripting skills, etc.
  • Good time-management instincts as you follow through on commitments and aren't afraid to ask for help or learn new tools
  • Clear, proactive communication with teammates and customers, including flagging status updates and asking clarifying questions
  • A collaborative attitude: you represent your team well, pair with others to learn, and like documenting things to help those who come after you
