The Opportunity
As a Strategy& Consulting Senior Associate - Technology Sector, you will provide strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop recommendations that help clients achieve their goals. Within our Strategy practice, you will focus on building meaningful client connections, learning how to manage and inspire others, and navigating increasingly complex situations. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions that align with their business objectives and drive growth.
In this role, you will utilize a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, using critical thinking to break down complex concepts and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills.

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
