3 Key Consulting is hiring anAssociate Tech Engineer Ifor a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global biopharmaceutical company.
Job Description:
Role will support and prioritize the following work in multiple labs involving primary and secondary containers, device engineering, packaging and labeling, human factors, and transportation of final products.
Laboratory organization and inventory maintenance
Medical waste management
Laboratory safety and compliance
GMP & non-GMP equipment preventative and general maintenance
Equipment operation & administration
Implementation new technology
Coordination with outside vendors
Top Must Have Skills:
1 - Actionable ability to listen (read), learn, and communicate clearly
2 - Capable to prioritize, organize, track, and complete projects and assignments
3 - Fundamental computer knowledge related to common applications such as Windows, Browsers, and MS-Office
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Intake & organize new assignments & tasks
Process incoming and ongoing material storage and equipment usage requests throughout lifecycle
Audit cold storage and dry storage resources.
Wrap/unwrap pallets
Label material, equipment, and lab spaces
Communicate and coordinate with vendors
Update inventories
Stay up to date with training assignments
Laboratory inspections & consumable restocking
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor degree OR Associate degree and 4 years of experience OR High school diploma / GED and 6 years of experience
  • Engineering or biotechnology background
  • Enthusiasm for new technology (digital and mechanical)
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Clear communication and presentation skills
