Continuous Improvement
  • Conduct technology health assessments and maturity reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through automation, governance, documentation, and process improvements.
  • Monitor lifecycle planning, technology risk, compliance, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, consulting, or strategic advisory roles.
  • Previous experience as a CIO, CTO, IT Director, Enterprise Architect, Solutions Architect, Technology Consultant, or similar executive technology leadership position.
  • Proven experience developing technology roadmaps, governance frameworks, and executive technology strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, infrastructure and networking, cybersecurity frameworks, enterprise applications, backup and disaster recovery, IT governance and compliance, and technology lifecycle management.
  • Excellent executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and consultative problem-solving skills.
  • Experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) or consulting organization strongly preferred.
  • Certifications such as CISSP, ITIL, PMP, Microsoft Azure, AWS, or TOGAF are a plus
